The Nature2 Fusion Soft system pairs an electrolytic cell with a mineral cartridge to deliver thorough pool water sanitization. The power pack connects directly to the pool circulation pump's electrical feed, so the electrolytic cell runs exclusively when the pump is active, guaranteeing safe and coordinated chlorine production. As saltwater flows across the cell's bipolar electrodes, DC current energizes them to generate chlorine on demand. Output levels can be fine-tuned through the Chlorine Production Level control or by adjusting the unit's daily operating schedule. For sustained electrode efficiency, the system features an automatic polarity reversal every three hours that cleans the electrodes without pausing chlorine output. The built-in mineral cartridge slowly releases trace amounts of silver and copper that work in concert with chlorine to deliver long-lasting algae prevention.

Key Benefits

  • Pump-Synchronized Cell Operation: The power supply ties into the pool pump, so chlorine generation only occurs during active water circulation
  • Secondary Safety Sensor: Features an additional flow/temp/salinity sensor that bolsters system dependability and operational safety
  • Customizable Chlorine Output: Production levels are tunable through the power center interface or by modifying the daily run schedule
  • Self-Cleaning Polarity Reversal: Switches electrode polarity every three hours to combat scale buildup and sustain uninterrupted chlorine generation
  • Dual Mineral Sanitization: Dispenses silver and copper ions that augment chlorine to maintain an algae-free swimming environment

Installation & Operation Tips

  • Disconnect the DC cord from the electrolytic cell.
  • Operate the pool pump and filter for five (5) minutes. Once complete, shut off the pool pump.
  • Shut the valves between the filter and pool to prevent the pool from draining.
  • Detach the DC cable from the electrolytic cell.
  • Rotate the large collar counterclockwise to remove it and set aside for reinstallation.
  • Take out the O-ring and dispose of it.
  • Extract the existing electrolytic cell from the vessel.
  • Place the new O-ring provided in the kit into position. Verify that it is seated correctly.
  • Insert the replacement electrolytic cell into the vessel.
  • Tighten the large collar by hand. Avoid overtightening.
  • Reconnect the DC cable to the electrolytic cell. Press the cable firmly down onto the ports.
  • Restore valves and switches to their operating positions. Power on the pump and sanitizer. Allow five (5) minutes for the system to complete its diagnostic cycle.
  • Verify chlorine output and configuration settings through the user interface.
  • For detailed operating guidance, consult the Nature2 Fusion Soft Installation and Operation Manual that was originally supplied with your product.
  • Higher salt purity translates to better cell longevity and performance. Use salt that is at least 99.8% pure NaCl. The recommended salt is an evaporated, granulated, food-quality, non-iodized variety. Check with your salt supplier for availability.
  • Set chlorine production to 00%. Running the unit above 00% production without salt will cause damage to the electrolytic cell. The Salinity button C on the sanitizer user interface keypad can be used to check salinity levels during new pool installations or after a complete water change, provided chlorine production remains at 00%.
  • Avoid using dry acid for pH adjustment in arid regions with high evaporation rates and limited fresh water dilution. Accumulated byproducts can harm the electrolytic cell.
  • Never operate the electrolytic cell without active water circulation. A buildup of flammable gases will result in FIRE or EXPLOSION.
