Equipped with a 3/8-inch hose barb on one end and a 1/4-inch male NPT fitting on the other, this valve is a critical link in any chemical dispensing setup for pool and spa water treatment. It allows chemicals to flow in one direction only, eliminating backflow that could compromise dosing accuracy or damage upstream components.

For installation where pressure is greater than 20 psi, use a check valve as the injection fitting or in-line before injection fitting. One 3/8 barbed check valve and one 3/8 barbed inlet x _ NPT (American National Standard Taper Pipe Thread) outlet check valve are included with standard pumps. Use tubing clamp over tube on barbed ends of fitting on outlet side of pump.
