Power Defender Variable Speed Pool Pumps and Crystal Water Cartridge and D.E. swimming pool filters are covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of sale, contingent upon proof of purchase. Components that malfunction or prove defective within the warranty window will be repaired or replaced at Waterway's discretion within 90 days of receiving the defective item, barring unforeseen delays. This coverage excludes failures caused by freezing, neglect, incorrect installation of equipment or automatic valve systems, or improper use and care. A valid proof of purchase is mandatory for warranty processing. Warranty registration cards must be submitted for qualifying products. Should proof of purchase be unavailable, the manufacturing date stamped on the product will serve as the sole basis for determining the purchase date.
